Pathmakers Spark Series

The Pathmakers Spark Series is our signature entrepreneurship event, created to inspire, educate, and connect local business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs. This high-energy series features renowned speakers, successful founders, and thought leaders who share insights, challenges, and strategies for building resilient businesses.

Each event is designed to “spark” new ideas, confidence, and connections—providing attendees with actionable tools they can take back to their businesses or business plans. Past speakers have included nationally recognized entrepreneurs and local trailblazers who represent the spirit of innovation and perseverance.

Small Business Grants

Through targeted grant programs, the OnPath Foundation provides direct funding to small business owners and entrepreneurs, particularly those from marginalized communities who often lack traditional access to capital. These grants support a range of needs, from launching a new venture to expanding an existing business or investing in equipment, technology, or marketing.

We prioritize funding that fuels long-term sustainability, and we believe every dollar we invest in a local business strengthens the broader community around it.

Business Development Support

Business Development Support from OnPath Credit Union

In collaboration with OnPath Credit Union, entrepreneurs have access to expert Business Development Representatives who provide one-on-one guidance on everything from opening business accounts to accessing microloans and managing cash flow.

This wraparound support ensures that entrepreneurs not only receive funding and inspiration but also the trusted advice and resources they need to succeed. From the first idea to the grand opening—and beyond—we’re here to walk with our entrepreneurs every step of the way.
