Investing in Local Impact
The OnPath Foundation is proud to support nonprofit organizations, schools, and community initiatives that align with our mission to advance financial empowerment, economic mobility, and educational equity throughout the communities we serve.
Priority is given to funding requests from partners whose work complements our focus areas of education, entrepreneurship, and homeownership, and who share our commitment to creating inclusive, thriving communities.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for funding, applicants must:
- Be a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, school, or public institution
- Serve communities within OnPath Credit Union’s service footprint
- Demonstrate alignment with at least one of the Foundation’s three pillars: Education, Entrepreneurship and Homeownership

Funding Cycles
Requests are reviewed on a rolling basis, but please allow up to 6–8 weeks for a response.
Priority is given to initiatives with measurable impact, community collaboration, and equity-driven outcomes, and is based on availability of funding.
Required Information
When submitting a request, please include:
- A brief organizational overview and mission statement
- Description of the program or initiative requiring support
- Total project budget and the amount of funding requested
- How the project aligns with OnPath Foundation’s mission and pillars
- Expected outcomes and impact metrics
- Contact information for a designated representative
